Do I need to use Active X to view live video?

No you do not need to use Active X, all our AFIANT Series supports both JAVA and Active X for live viewing of video.

Which Analogue cameras do you support?

We support all fixed analogue cameras including day/night, colour and black and white.

How much video can I keep online?

This is a complex question as it depends on the number of cameras, the frame rate that you wish to record and the quality of the video which you wish to record. It is quite common for many people to store 30 days storage of video.

What Frame Rate should I record at?

This will be customer dependant again, for example a Casino may wish to record at full 25 frames per second as they wish to see the slightest movement of the hand. However for most applications this is not necessary. Since many analogue systems we usually implemented with 3 frames per second. Then someone between 8 and 12 frames per second is most common.
